Re: Print quantity

Yes. You can do this in more than one way but it is a little bit different than in Process manager.

Example 1. Enable the "Pause Job before sending to Printer" button in the Printer Preset. Now the jobs will pause and you will find them under Active Jobs. Select the job and choose a new Printer Destination and Edit the Job Ticket. You need to choose the printer to be able to edit the number of copies.

Example 2. Use the Resubmit Job button. If you would like to use this method you should have a workflow without a Printer (otherwise you will end up with two files on the printer). Then when you resubmit the job you send it to a duplicate of that workflow but with a print node. In the Resubmit window you will be able to set the number of copies.

There are probably more ways to do this as well.

When creating the print preset, check the box "Pause Job Before Sending to Printer".

Then in Job Status window, when the job is paused, you can click on Edit Job Ticket and modify the number of copies.

To reivew the job, you can click on the i button for the job and click on the link for the Document.

Process Manager had a review node that could be used to specify the number of copies, is this function anywhere in Core? I need to be able to pass a job to a hot folder and at some stage pause to check the job and specify the number of copies.
