Printer Destinations still available after deletion

The two Printers Destinations shown in this screenshot

 

Old printers.png

 

were deleted, but can still be selected in the Job Management Window in Printer in Workflow. They can not be found in either Printer Management and Status or in any Print Preset. I have seen this on two systems so far. Version is 4.0.1.1.
