Hi
I notice our iGen5 suddenly has a submission status of 'Queue Not Accepting Jobs'.
What's the cause of this please? The mahcine is currently online and printing fine. The IP address has not changed.
Thanks
The DFE queues can be configured to not accept jobs.
FFCore detects when queues are configured to not accept jobs. If a queue is in that state, FFCore will pause submission to printer destinations that use that queue and displays the status you are seeing.
Hi JavierM-Xerox
I've shown your reply to our iGen operator but he doesn't know what configuration settings you're referring to.
Would you mind showing me how/where the DFE queues are configured on the iGen5?
For ref:
Here's what I see in FFC.
Thanks
EDIT:
Comparing settings on our Versant 80 to the iGen5 I notice the 'Publish Direct Connection' setting is set to NO on the iGen5, but YES on the Versant 80. Could this maybe be what I need to change?
I have changed it to yes but a reboot is needed to apply the setting. I won't be able to do that just now as there's a large job being printed currently.
We restarted the iGen Fiery RIP this morning and the issue is now resovled.
