What is the format of the job. It seems to have failed in conversion.

 

Please submit to the hotline. If you have a bug then a developer will need to take a look and that typically means the hotline needs to be engaged.

Printer preset fault after 4.0.2.1 Update

I am having an issue with sending files to my Printers after the 4.0.2.1 update. I only have a printer preset in the workflow. I have tried making a new preset after te upgrade and can see the printer and its Queue's and settings. However I am recieving an error.

This is a major issue as I need to use the special pages option to process files. Any thoughts / suggestions would be appreciated.
