you will also need a new license file which you can download from the licensing portal. I don't actually know the details around that. I suggest you contact your local xerox people.
Both of these indicate that there is a permissions issue. Find the FFC Data folder and check permissions on it. You can temporarily set permission to give everyone full access. If everything works as expected then you can adjust permissions to make things more restrictive while retaining FFCs ability to operate.
If if you are not sure about the above, escalate the issue to the hotline.
Hello, I am having problems with FreeFlow Core erroring out when I try to submit a file into production.
The error says "Upload Failed-Unauthorized Access"
Another issue happening is in the WorkFlow setup.
The Components Presets do not show the save folder when the Save preset is edited.
