I should mention that the workflows in FreeFlow Core should be substantially simpler vs the workflows in FFProM.
This should allow you reduce the amount of workflow configuration you manage when enabling automation.
Due to an entirely new product platform, automated migration from FreeFlow Process Manager to FreeFlow Core is not possible. The process of transitioning from FreeFlow Process Manager to FreeFlow Core involves manually recreating the data on the FreeFlow Core system.
The FreeFlow Core Exchange tool is used to import/export workflows and data within or between a FreeFlow Core system(s) only.
Core Exchange is there to enable export / import of FreeFlow Core workflows. It does not support programmatic import of FFProcess Manager workflows as the workflow representation is really too different between these two products.
Has anyone been successful in doing low touch migrations from Process Manager to FFCORE? I know that there is the CORE Exchange tool but am unsure how to import from Process Manager.
