It was Xerox who installs the Core including the Microsoft Office, does this mean I need to escalate a service call?
That should be possoble. Per WIndows security constraint, the MS Office conversion requires setting up the FFCore service to run under an user account (aka a service account). The installation instructions have details on how that's done.
I'm trying to convert a publisher file from Core to pdf. Is this possible? The files I'm trying to convert failed.
