I dont think we have any files that are greater than 200 inches in either dimension as we have the same limitations in Indesign.

How do I upload a file?

I do not see a preflight profile attached to your message. Is the file you are creating greater that 200 inches in either dimension? This can cause an issue with FFCore which may be the source of the error message.

Hi David,

Have started using this preflight check to perform the cropping.

I am getting an error message back with: "Invalid scaling: PDF size limits exceeded."

Any idea what this error is?

I did not setup other Imposition node settings (e.g., PressSheet size). The Imposition node setup for PressSheet, Layout etc. depends on what you are trying to accomplish. For example 2UP 8.5X11inch pages repeated on a 12X18 inch presssheet.

Can you please give me more detail on how you set up the Imposition node.

How did you set up the Press Sheet settings and every other setting within that Imposition Node. Even the cut marks, how did you set the rest of that up.

One could use the Resize node to change all the box sizes to the Art Box Size. Assuming the use of the Imposition node, the cut marks could be set on the Art Box boundaries. See screensnaps.

Just tried exporting the kpf file from an older version of Acrobat (version X1) not DC. It works a treat.

It's worrying to think how many more of the fixups from Acrobat DC might not play nice withh FFC.

I am still using FFC 5.1.0.7

Hi Briner,

If you have Acrobat Pro, exporting the Preflight fixup profile named Crop all pages to bounding box as a kpf file and runnig it on a preflight node should give you the desired results but I've just tried it and there seems to be a hitch. Internal error, whatever that means.

Hi guys,

I have a pdf file that I would like to resize or crop to just the ArtBox (Art Work) that is on that page.

Artwork is always different size and page is always different measurments so I cant set a page size. 

Is this achievable?
