The behavior you described should not be happening. I am not seeing the problem on FFCore 6.1.3. I recommend contacting Xerox support to address the problem.

Retrieve Job Accounting from Printer - Greyed out

Hi 

I want to get feedback from the printer and so want to select the option "Retrieve Job Accounting from Printer." in the Core Reports screen, but his option is greyed out and not selectable.  

I have a Nuvera with FreeFlow Print Server and a Verant with fiery connected.

Is there a setitng somewhere that I need to enable?
