Routing Presets

We do not have an option to remove the default branch. However, you do not have to put any nodes in that path.

I would also suggest the following:

• Create an acrobat profile with a check that always fails (e.g. document has more than 0 pages)
• Put that branch in the All Other Jobs branch (disable all the pause options)

If you have email notiifcations for preflight events you will get an email for any jobs that end up in the All Other Jobs branch.

Sorry I am new to Freeflow core and my company is just starting to transition over from process manager.

I will be on here a lot asking questions.

I am trying to create a workflow using the routing presets, but when I go to create them, under routing rules there is a job characteristic that says "All other Jobs." Is there a way to remove this or modify it so it does  not show up as a second or third branch, depending on the workflow?
