Routing Rules Job Characteristics Issue After FFC v5 upgrade

Yes I did export my configuration before upgrading. I can confirm that re-importing that did resolve this issue. Thank you. :)

The rules should've been retained in the upgrade. If you exported your configuration before upgrading I would suggest that you try reimporting them (the import routing will upgrade the configuration as needed).

I would also suggest that you escalate to the hotline if you want someone to take a look at the problem.

Hi

I notice that since upgrading from FFC v4.0.3.3 to v5.0.0.1, I can no longer edit the Job Characteristics of a Routing Process.

The screenshot below shows the branch conditions that I had defined for a Route module.

But as you can see from the following screenshot, the 'Page Size' items have a warning triangle beside them, and clicking to edit an entry shows just a blank drop down menu.

I'm guessing that something in each characteristic that was valid in FFC v4.0.3.3 is no longer valid in FFC v5.0.0.1 and now failing.

Is there a way for me to get in to the settings to fix what ever is wrong? Or will I have to re-create this Routing Process?

It seems there are issues with other routes also.

Could I have got my routes originally from the Easy Starts v4? I remember installing them after building the server and setting FFC up last year.

Deleting the existing rule and re-creating it works fine. 

The warning triangle has now gone.

So the issue could come from using Easy Starts v4 before upgrading?
