Thank you David for your help.
Unfortunately I do not have output manager.

You are correct the Output Management license is needed for the feature.
Hi David
I do not see the options, IsSaveInXipEnbaled is set to true in FFcore Configure. And the shole server has been restartet, after restarting the service did not work, Stil I do not see the options in your screenshots.
Can it be, that I need the Output Management module?

The Save in Zip capability should appear in the Save Node -- see below. After setting the SaveinZip option to true in Core Configure, the FFCore service or the server need to be restarted to have the feature become available.
Thanks, I am confused, reading your secon answer, it seems to me to do what I would like, but from your first anwer I gor the impression, that it is not the case.
Can you help how to test it. I have set IzSaveInZip to true in FreeFlow Core Configure, Customer Override. But I do not get the extra feature you show in you Screensnaps. What am I missing?

If one submits the jobs as a group job and has "collect job documents" set on the Save node, the jobs will all be saved in one zip file. See screensnaps.
I am hoping that the Zip is created last, after all PDF is proccessed, I can understand from your question that this is not the case?.
What is the purpose if each PDF is xipped individually?
Niels-Martin
There is an option to save files via the Save node into a zip file. I don't understand how that could be used to signal that all the submitted PDFs have been processed.
Hi
is the isSaveinZipEnabled a supported feature, and if, how do I workwith it?
I have a flow where I subbit a unknown but large number of PDFs using MAX- I am very interested in a way to determin when the last PDF is processed, and I can pick up the PDFs. Will Save in Zip be able to help with this?

Niels-Martin
