I just tried it and it is working as expected.

Are you using v4.0.2.1? If not, please upgrade.

Re: Saved output from failed preflight

Changing the preflight profile to 'Info' alows the file to save, but only because the preflight is now considered successful.

The desired behavior is to have the preflight 'Fail', but still be able to have the failed file route to the 'All Other Jobs' branch in routing.

Re: Saved output from failed preflight

There are no active pauses configured in the Preflight Node. I am just using the 'stock' check box in the Node.

Thinking about it, and wondering if I need to create a new Preflight check in Acrobat that does not Fail the job, but simply passes the font not embedded check as 'info'. Perhaps the built in profile is set to fail the job?

The Status in JM&S is simply 'Failed'

Saved output from failed preflight

I am playing with the routing of a job based on the success or failure of a preflight node. The node is very simple confirming that the fonts in the provided PDF are embedded. I have a Route node with simply the two criteria specified ('Preflight Success' and 'All other jobs') Each of the brach conditions is followed with a Save node with the intent being that the file regardless of whther the fonts are embedded or not that the file is saved (in this case to an error directory) for further review or manual intervention.

What I see is that the file if it fails in preflight is never routed to the Save node, but remains in the interface with the preflight report. Is there a way to save the file on failure using the save node as described or am I missing something?
