FreeFlow Core won't let you delete a preset if it's in use. So you can just select the delete icon for each impose preset, if Core let's you delete, it was not in use.
I added an item to our Backlog of future FFCore features addressing the issue you raised.
Thanks for the response David.
I guess manually opening the presets will have to do. Do you think a feature request is in order here?
There does not appear to be an "automated" method to deleting unused presets. You can manually open up presets in the Workflow tab and select the “information” button which will reveal the workflows using the preset. If it is not being used by a workflow, it is most likley obsolete.
Hi all,
Is there a way to select all UNUSED Impose presets at once to delete them, or even add a prefix to their names?
I have been trying to sort some of the presets and workflows that have been created adhoc. As they were created as and when needed they abide by inconsistant naming conventions and I would like to tidy the ones I wish to keep and delete the one where their respective workflows have been deemed surplus to requirements.
It would be handy if we could select all unsued presets from any of the component options in this way.
Many thanks
