Setting the SQL Server OAP Database Owner

Setting up shared folders for access across our network. Step 11 on page 3-3 in Xerox® FreeFlow® Core Installation Guide: Windows Server 2012 R2 Update states that we should repeat steps 4-10 for the OapMasterDatabase database. We don't appear to have a OapMasterDatabase database. Performed all other steps as outlined and tested to see if the shared folder access is working and it appears to be working as expected. Do we have a problem with our installation since we're missing the OapMasterDatabase database? Thanks-Doug

Re: Setting the SQL Server OAP Database Owner

That database change was introduced in v4.0.3.0. I would surmise you are using an earlier version of FFCore.

Re: Setting the SQL Server OAP Database Owner

Correct, running 4.0.2.0.

So when we upgrade to 4.0.3.0 that databsae gets created and we will make the change then.

Thanks for the reply,

Doug
