Re: Slow performance with 5.3.0

Please contact Xerox support. This should not be happening. A SPAR may be necessary so that we can understand and fix the problem you are encountering.

Re: Slow performance with 5.3.0

Yes, this is my experience also. A restart fixes the problem temporarily, but it then slows down again. I have confirmed the system is set to high performance power plan.

Re: Slow performance with 5.3.0

I've the same problem: i7, 16GB RAM, SSD 500GB PCIE and after random time Core slowing down :(

Re: Slow performance with 5.3.0

To achieve optimal performance, it is recommended to select the ‘High Performance’ power plan from the Power Options Control Panel.

If the problem persists, please contact Xerox Support.

Slow performance with 5.3.0

Is anyone experiencing slow and unstable performance with 5.3.0? Since upgrading, the UI is extremely slow, taking 30 seconds or more to switch between views. Job processing is slower also and sometimes jobs will stop processing altogether prompting a restart of the Core service or the entire server. This is running in a Hyper-V VM with 4 cores allocated, 16 GB Ram. The underlying disk subsystem is SSD and performance is good there averaging over 600 MB/s read and write. Windows Server 2019. I have also completely uninstalled any Antivirus, Firewall, etc. for testing.

Has anyone else experieicned this? Are there specific configurations we should be checking?
