I have the need to be able to work in both millimeters as well as inches, as the conversion between the two sometimes requires more decimal places than the software allows for. Is there some way to set the units of measure I need to use in a particular IMPOSITION on the fly? Thanks.

Internally we use a unit of measure with greater precision than inches or mm so sending the unit of measurement is not relevant for determining the size we use for imposition.
The sheet sizes can be defined in either inches or mm so that should not be a problem.
All other units are based on the locale of the browser. However, all units based on inches have three decimal places which should suffice for conversion.
Can you elaborate on this scenario?
My CORE system is set for North America and that is fine in most circumstances, however some finishing equipment used requires the imposition to have precise gutters in millimeters. When I convert to inches (ie, 5mm) the conversion is 0.19685039 inches.
For those instances I would just like to be able to use mm's as I create the imposition template. Is there a way to accomplish this? I've tried to input "mm" in the gutter field but it doesn't appear to accept that.
The units you see are controlled by the locale of used by the client browser. If you switch to a locale that uses metric units (e.g. British English) the browser should display milimeters.
Internally, the imposition templates store measurements in a higher precision unit which is translated to imperial or metric units based on the web browser's settings.
