Trying to impose client supplied pdf with bad media box

If you have Cut Marks on the page you can fix it with the Optimize component: Define Page Geometry Based on Cut Marks

Oops, can't attach a file. I will explain.

It is a pdf, 8.5x11 with bleed. 

The trim box is 9 width x11.5 height with an X offset of .44 and a Y offset of .6.

The media box is 18.67 width x 12.67 height.

As you can see, the media and trim box are messed up. Anything Core can do without me going in and manually fixing this?

I have attached a problem file. I cannot get a configuration using Optimize, Resize, Impose, to get this file to impose on an 18x12 size sheet, 2up with a .25" gutter. I understand that you can clean up the media box with Pitstop or PDF Toolbox, but can Core fix the media box and impose it cleanly?
