Re: Trying to use MAX as a routing criteria

Hi,

Is there any way you can take a screenshot and let us see the following:

1. The list of Routing Rules for the hot folder in question

2. The setup of the Job Characteristic you are using

It might be easier to spot the problem if we can see what you're looking at, because from what I read in your description it seems like you're doing everything right.

Also, could you let us know what version of Core you are using?

Thanks!

Trying to use MAX as a routing criteria

In Freeflow Core I have set a workflow that uses MAX. I am trying to use one of the fileds in the spreadsheet file to dtermine a routing path and it does not seem to pick up it up and always routes it to the "all other jobs path". I have created the characteristic by choosing MAX and choosing the filed from the display of possible fields. the field I am using is a cutom field that I call specs and the mapping is correct. I have checked several times. Within this field I want it to pick up the word "staple" and route it to a particular path. I chose the fild picked "Contains" and stated staple. It does not seem to be finding the word staple and then routing it properly. Does anyone have any idea as to what I am doing incorrectly?
