The Support & Drivers section on Xerox.com is experiencing intermittent problems, which are being addressed. I expect the problem to be resolved shortly, but in the meantime, users have had some success accessing the site with Google Chrome.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Around one year ago a Xerox representative told me "For now, the software updates are available at the website that you mentioned. That could change in the future" after telling me that the "maintenance and support option provides help desk support and product updates".
I certainly hope we're not moving to where future updates can only be acquired through some kind of service agreement.
It would be nice if someone from Xerox could put our minds at ease.
I am able to get to the release notes at: http://download.support.xerox.com/pub/docs/FF_CORE/userdocs/any-os/en_GB/Xerox_FreeFlow_Core_Release...
It does appear that the website has changed.
Does anyone at Xerox even realize that there is an issue? I have been trying to download the Freeflow Core 5.4 Release notes since last week and haven't been able to because of web site issues. I have never seen a site that has an issue that takes this long to correct. I cannot find anywhere on the site that allows you to report an issue with the actual web site.
The Support & Drivers section on Xerox.com is currently experiencing intermitent issues. The problem is being addressed. Please try again later.
We apologize for the incovenience.
We tried to download latest version of FreeFlow Core application (v 5.4) from this page https://www.support.xerox.com/support/core/software/enus.html?operatingSystem=wins2016x64&fileLangua...
When we clicked on the link for FreeFlow Core 5.4, it always redirected to https://www.support.xerox.com/ but nothing is downloaded.
Same thing happened when we tried to download the documentation as well. We had tried with both FireFox and IE, and on different workstations.
Just wonder if anyone experience this issue.
Thanks.
