Perfect! Thank you Javier!
In these cases a sample file would help.
That said, I would use the following workflow
The split component makes two copies of the job.
The imposition on the top branch will impose 1up into a custom press sheet size that's 4.25 x 11.
In order to retain the left side of the layouts, set the Horizontal alignment to Left.
The imposition on the top branch will also impose 1up into a custom press sheet size that's 4.25 x 11.
In this case you set the Horizontal alignment to Right.
Once you have the two halves of the layout in two files you join them back into a single file.
You can then impose this document 2up into s 8.5 x 11 press sheet using the Sequentially Page Order.
How do you crop the left 4.25" (half of 8.5") and the right half of the 8.5 x 11 pages and then join them?
I have a 4,000 page pdf with 4.25" x 5.5" labels imposed 4up Cut & Stack. So, it numbers, in the top left quadrent of the page is 1, bottom left is 2, top right is 7,871, and the bottom right is 7,872. But, we need to run them so that the top left label is number 1, bottom left is number 2, top right is number 3, and the bottom right is number 4.
Could you explain to me how to do this?
Thank you,
Erick
