Try manually updating your license on the Xerox Activation Portal at https://www.xeroxlicensing.xerox.com/activation/

Enter your Variable Data Activation Key and download license. Then upload the new license (.dat file) in FreeFlow Core using the License screen and reboot the software.

Hello, we recently upgraded to 6.2.1 (build 27824). Since upgrading, our workflows involving variable data PDF/VTs are not working correctly. For instance, in the Cut and Split impose component, I no longer have a checkbox for "Apply to Each Variable Data Record." And when a PDF/VT runs through that workflow, it does not layout correctly. All records are put in one stack.

On the new licensing page, it shows that my Variable Data Printing License version is 6.20, but when I look at the Licensing Information popover, it does not list Variable Data in the license types like it used to.

When I upgraded, I did have it generate and download the license from the activation server. So, I'm not sure what is going on. Is anybody running into this? Thanks!
