Re: Using MAX to specify a folder and impose all PDF’s in that folder

Hi Jayden,

This is possible using the scripting feature of the Core hot folders.  You would need to create a Powershell script to read the contents of the folder path specied in the incoming CSV.  This information can then be output to another CSV which is passed automatically into Core with all the required file paths present.

Easy in theory, but you'd need some exepreince with scripting in general and how it works with Core to make it work.  Some of the sample workflows availible at Xerox cover the basics of scripting.

Using MAX to specify a folder and impose all PDF’s in that folder

Hello,

I would like to setup a MAX hot folder that I can deposit CSV files into.

However, rather than the CSV files specifying the exact location (URI) of the files  to be submitted for processing, I want the CSV files to specify a folder and have all PDF files in that folder submitted for processing.

Any assistance would be much appreciated 😊
