The MAX guide for FFProM is available from xerox.com:
Download a document called FreeFlow® Process Manager Manifest Automation from Xerox.
Manifests are pretty simple (that's the primary guiding principle behind that interface) so this should be pretty straight forward.
The MAX documentation for FFC is built into the Help that's installed with the software.
Thanks for the feedback. Is there any type of manual or documentation for how to do this? I am assuming your solution involved MAX and we haven't ever used it. I'm beginning to look at the MAX Guide.
Thanks
Our company is currently using FreeFlow Process Manager 9.0.11.0. What we are trying to do is put a unique watermark on each job that is processed based on the job name of the pdf/zip file. After talking with one of the analyst and looking through manuals, I've sort of been able to get it to work. By using $FFJob Name$.pdf in the text field of the watermark node, it will display the job name.
The catch is, we are processing zip file that include multiple pdfs most of the time. If more than 1 pdf file is in the zip, it creates the Job Name based on the pdf's inside the zip. So whatever the pdf is named, that is what gets printed as a watermark. If only 1 pdf is in the zip file, the zip file name gets printed as the watermark. For our purposes, we need the zip file names to be displayed.
Sample file names:
99VX78.zip
- polcpy45_98938.pdf
- polcpy45_98754.pdf
Ideal workflow:
Input -> Conditional -> Add watermark -> Link -> Add barcode -> Join -> Print
It has been suggested to be that we need to use MAX to solve this problem. I haven't used Core but has anyone had a similar problem?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
Josh
