Thanks for your help. I hope I get the same level of help with others.
FFCore does not have functionality for retrieval of scans from a plotter. I think you are looking for another Xerox product. Unfortuneately I do not know what that product is.
Thank you for the feed back. Is it required to retreive scans from a 6204 scanner/plotter? That is all I need to do.
Freeflow Core is a pre-press application. It does not contain functionality for scan retrieval from plotters. If you do not have a FFCore license please contact Xerox support.
And that is now required to retreve scans from a 6204 plotter?
The readme file says I have to log into the FF core befor installing. How do I log into the FF core?
From the ReadMe.txt file.
Install:
Log in to FreeFlow Core before installing.
It also mentions installing based on license level. How do I determine that?
Thank you for your help, I hope we can resolve this. Right now I cannot retreive any scans from that plotter.
FFCore can be downloaded at Drivers & Downloads - FreeFlow Core - Windows Server 2019 x64 - Xerox
his could be progess. I do not have that. I have Xerox FreeFlow Accxes Control. Where do I DL the core?
On a side note, how do I insert a picture here? I cannot copy and paste it and I do not want to insert a video.
In the Control Panel/ Programs and Features, one should see Xerox Freeflow Core.
I had not done that previously.
When I do that, I get a message saying the localhost refused to connect.
Lets step back, how can I tell if the FFCore is installed? When I look in the control panel I see AccXES V16.0.4.6 is installed. I see FreeFlow Accxes Control is installed, V 1.5. I have no Free Flow software I can run, only AccXES.
Did you open a supported browser (e.g., Microsoft Edge) on the PC where FFCore is loaded and enter the following url "localhost/FreeFlowCore/" ? The login screen should then appear.
