Re: Where is the directory saved when submitting jobs via Web-GUI?

That's a browser setting that's outside of FFCore's control. I know there's a setting to control this behavior but I do not know what it is...

Re: Where is the directory saved when submitting jobs via Web-GUI?

Hello Javier,

Thank you for reply!

my problem is not the directory where the job is saved on the server.

My problem i think is on the client side:

If a make a new test workflow and would like to test him without make a hotfolder, i use the Web GUI to submit the job.

Click on "Add documents .."and choose a folder where my testfiles located. Choose the file for upload and submit the job. Than may be i change the test workflow again.

Next time choosing Add Documents he shows the last choosen directory or on some clients he starts always again at user dir:

C:\Users\DPAdmin\Documents. So i have to navigate on this clients again to the test directory what takes time.

So my question is: where the web-client save this directory location and why on some clients he did not show the last choosen directory.

workaround: using drag and drop functionality

Re: Where is the directory saved when submitting jobs via Web-GUI?

There is a folder called Submitted Jobs in the FFCore sandbox (the folder in the server filesystem that contains all the folders you can browse from the FFC UI). The files are stored there when they are uploaded bia the Submit Job UI. They are removed when the job is actually submitted to the workflow (or when the job submission is canceled).

Where is the directory saved when submitting jobs via Web-GUI?

On one Client it works (last location of submitted Document is saved) on the other not and then he starts always with the document directory of the user, what is time consuming if you make a lot of tests.

Where is this information saved and how can i check this? Is there somthing to configure in the Browser?
