Hi Wim,
Unfortunatly, you cannot disable the refreshing time. As david said, edit the key to set the value to something like 86400 . ( so it will refresh once a day or as you wish) . If there is no key , then by default it takes the value as 30 sec. So you will have to add the key , if its not present and set the value accordingly so that it acts like its disabled.
I was able to view the video.
Edit C:\Program Files\Xerox\FreeFlow Core\Tenants\00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000\Web (config file)
<add key="jobMgrPollingInterval" value="30" />
I tried iexplorer, chrome and edge ... same problem with all.
the video was waiting for approval, it's available now (first 3 sec = screenshot while refresh, last 3 sec = screenshot with missing 'Photos' selction)
Above is the options I see (including photo). Perhaps it is a browser issue. I am using Edge. I cannot seem to be able to open your video.
I made a video from my screenshots (strange that video's work and png's not)
I don't have a 'photos' selection in my editing window!?
Bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, insert a spoiler tag, insert code, insert/edit link, insert a video, numbered list, bullet list, spellcheck, font, size, text color .... that's all i see !?
Try the "photos" selection at the top of the editing window. You should be able to attach a png file with your screensnap.
Dave,
A little background for our problem: We use our FFCore as some sort of PrintQueue manager for our Rialto. Jobs are paused in active jobs and our print-operator releases the job when he wants to print it.
When the 'Retrieving jobs' popup shows (idem when you click the refresh on the top right in the 'Job Management and Status' window) we loose the selection we made.
Where can i add a screenshot? There's an insert for video's but not for images !?
Regards
Wim
Wim,
Can you supply me with a description of the "job refresh" you are interested in (a screensnap would be helpful)? The display of the progress of jobs within the job management tab is close to instantaneous -- with the exception of job progress at the printer.
Thanks,
Dave
