Thanks. but since the number of pages in the present file is 40 and the number of paages may vary more than 40, so customer feel it difficult to set imposition mannually.

I made another workflow to solve this by splitting the file in two. and using the insert pages option and adding the first page as document from a separate folder.

Page size and Number of pages does not matter. All that matters is 'page 1' is always the cover to be merged with the rest of the pages. This can be done with a simple imposition preset. Set the page size to 'Automatic'  and duplex. Then for the Layout set to Manual and set as shown below.

Attached is a 6.2.8 preset that can be imported with these settings.

Customer has a file of 40 pages A4 size, where 1st page is the cover page and rest all pages from page no. 2 - 40 are different. Custome want a workflow to get the output on 39 A4 size papers where the page will be same on all 39 pages and on the backside of each page pages 2 -39 should come.

Can someone advise me how to make this workflow.
