how to make a smaller QR code

I believe I figured out a solution. Make sure that the cell size is set to the minimum size – in your case 8 (your WF had it set to 40). To do this, first for Barcode size select “cell size” – set it to 8. Then change to “fits into” and set it to the minimum of 12.53 mm.
