Dear XEROX support team, I have bought XEROX C75 COLOR PRESS Machine from Germany. since I brought the Machine here in my country Ethiopia. I have never used it about two years. I am a fan of XEROX but I am not getting any support from the local agent. Machine is ideal doing nothing for two years.
The problem is the free flow print service license is expired which it was used in Germany. I really really need support for the problem. It will be a big deal for me If solved.
I don't know who to ask and I don't know what to do! But I feel like I am in the wright place to get solutions.
