There's no apparent reason for the lengthy pending status on these jobs. I would recommend rebooting the server. The jobs will be aborted, so you'll need to resubmit them.
If the problem does not go away, contact Xerox Support.
I attempted to load 3 pdf files yesterday via the Digital Publisher Ordering Tool, but none of the files ever reached their destination. Shoirtly after uploading, each job appeared with a "Job submitted successfully" check mark in the Status column of the Job Status window. In the Active Jobs tab of Freeflow Core, however, they seem to be stuck: Status in Workflow has been reading as "Pending" for well over a day now (see attached screengrab). Any ideas as to what might prevent these files from completing their upload? Thanks.
