They do not have any support because they consider it old and I have more than 10 machines and I will face the same problem if the control unit is reprogrammed because the machines properties profile was downloaded from the link
The machines have been purchased with the features of copying, printing and scanning, and I have the coupons, and it is not rented for a period

Xerox wide format 6204 Coupon Exchange Form

I dowenload Software & need try attempting to submit a request for a repaired or replacement Feature Key File for my Xerox product I go to the Coupon Repair Form, link http://www.xeroxlicensing.xerox.com/coupon it dosen't Work 

Service Unavailable

HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

How can I solve this Prblem ?
