FreeFlow Vision and MIS integration

The method would be manual via export and import. The software does not support an/integration via an API framework currently.

According the product documentation:

DOES VISION INTEGRATE WITH MIS / ERP SYSTEMS?
Yes. Data can be exported from FreeFlow Vision in CSV and XML
formats and imported into a variety of external systems

My prospective customer question is:

Could we push that integration any further i.e. enabling a way of the MIS/ERP system to communicate real time with our FreeFlow Vision SW via API or any other way ?
