The only thing I found in the KB was these steps to re-install the toner cartridge.
Started getting from my DocuPrint CM115 w this message last week. Already cleaned the sensors at the back and cleaned the toner slits with the brush stick, to no avail. It only says I should call Customer Support, but we don't have Fuji Xerox people where I am since last year, as far as I know. Anybody here know what I could do to fix this?
