You will want to call service. I believe there is a SPAR to fix this.

When our salesman downloaded the firmware, our space bar no longer exists for Scan -> File Name. It is there and working for emails. We have downloaded the firmware again, to no avail. Any suggestions? It worked before. Thanks, John
