Hi cooperprinting,

Thank you for using the Support Forum.  I searched on the support page for your machine and found the solution for Insert Blank or Printed sheet between jobs.  See if that will help if not you might try posting your request on the Free Flow board and see if someone might be able to suggest a solution.

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have a 4127.  I am trying to run a job it is 14 pages.  The first page is the cover which is already printed on and needs to be inserted.  The 2nd page is also already printed on and needs to be inserted also.  Then after those 2 pages I have 10 more pages which are double sided.  The whole job then gets stapled in the upper left hand corner.  I am sending the file from a xerox free flow system.  Does anyone know how to get these 2 pages 2 insert correctly?
