Thanks for your super quick reply. I have contacted support, service, sales and they have basically said that they cannot supply the number. That being said I cannot imagine that it is legal or ethical to end date a product because you refuse to provide a number to type into it. it worked right up to the day it required a new licence string.
I have posted on the 4127 forum, who suggested the Freeflow forum, who suggested this forum.
It says that for an expired license to call Support. It sounds like you may have done that, but if you haven't please contact 1-800-821-2797.
Where you have mentioned FreeFlow, you may want to try posting this question in the FreeFlow Board to see if someone there can help you.
I have a fully functional 4127 eps with freeflow. It has come due for its yearly licence and we have been told that Xerox will not provide the licence. so the machine is inoperable as a result.
Does anyone else have this problem?
Is there a solution to this problem?
Is the only solution legal recourse or media?
