Billing info is reported to Xerox daily at the time you specified in Smart eSolutions.
That way if you miss a day or two due to power/network issues, Xerox has enought data to get your bill sorted out.
Tnx for answer, but where do I change date (monthly), when rapot be generated? Or does 5945 automatically sends info on 1st day?
CWIS > Properties > General Setup > Alert Notification > Email Alerts
Is there an option that 5945 will send every month billing information to specific email address?
