303-331 was simply due to a change made in CWIS to network settings causing a fault.
316-720 is a TCP/IP error, likely a duplicate IP.
hey gor this code
316-720 this is most though
and 303-331
Depends on the fault code, could be as simple as NTP failing because they didn't put a time server to use. But with nothing to go on we can't guess as to what it is. If everything works it has to be something not so useful, so NTP would be a good starting point.
so got this message from a customer of mine.
machine keeps saying that there is a "system error" and to "turn off and on and to notify a systems administrator" but the machine really does still work. I'm not sure why it keeps giving us this message as the Xerox service guy has been here 3 times to look at it and apparently he can't figure it out either? any ideas?
