6204 appears to not boot up. Help with reloading operating system

Ok then... appears to have been a bad battery on the mobo.  Replaced it for four dollars and 30 cents. Also turned off the floopy seek and reseated the ram.  Problem solved.  Not too shabby!

Our 6204 has decided to not boot up today.  After I turn on the Dell OPtiplex 745 I hear a couple of beeps and that is all I get.  The screen on the plotter shows nothing.  The OS has been reloaded once before by a tech, but they eviedntly don't support this device any longer and was told they also no longer have the CD to fix it.  What are my options here?  Thanks.
