You are describing a duplicate IP, unplug the LAN from the fiery and ping again, you almost for sure will still get a response from whatever other device has the same IP as the Fiery, at which point you can probably log into the router webui and check the LAN devices to get the Mac and or hostname of whatever device is using its IP address, and go change it to something else.
You could also just change the Fiery IP address, but then you will need to redirect all the drivers installed and CWS installs to the new IP.
Hello.
We have a 700DCP that has been working fine for a long while.
Yesterday the printer went offline and was unreachable from both Windows "Printers and Scanners" and the Fiery Software.
Error when connecting from Fiery indicates a device is not found at the listed IP address.
We've confirmed the IP is set correctly on the machine, and the Computers can ping the IP.
All devices on the network have been restarted but nothing seems to have changed.
Looking for any troubleshooting suggestions or steps that we can follow to try and resolve this.
