Sounds like the software is corrupt. Turn off the power using the power switch inside the front cover. If it doesnt power down unplug it. Plug it back in and turn on the power switch inside the front door. turn on the 'soft' power switch on the top right of the front door. If it doesnt boot up and gets stuck on the green splash screen then it will need an altboot software load.
