Yeah I did that and that helped, but it is still having issues.  I have a DNS server and I setup DNS 1 to look at my gateway since it was 0.0.0.0 and my gateway is a router is this the correct setup?

Just out of curiosity, what firmware version is it running?

The latest is 4.9.4

Might be worth a try if nothing else has worked.

I have a 8560 MFP and it is the biggest pain I have ever had in my IT life.  When it isn't dropping off the network its great, but it keeps dropping off the network and I have tried multiple different settings with no success.  I have a Netgear FVS318 and it works fine with literally 20 other devices any where from VOIP and other routers and computers with no problems.

Please help get my boss off my back....I don't know how to fix this.
