Accxes Client tools error

it could be case sensitivve, make sure you are typing the name exactly as it has been typed into the machine.

Have a user that is unable to retrieve scans from our 8825 wide format printer using accxes tools client   v12.07.26.  Whenever she clicks on the retrieve documents button get the following error:

"Invalid value: "retrieval Directory may be unaccessible or invalid"

Have tried to unistall and reinstall software, and it also retains the list of printers even after a removal of software.  Others users are able to retrieve documents on that computer and others.

Any help would be greatly appriciated...
