Hi owen,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. I am going to assume that you are using a Phaser 3635 MFP, I was unable to find reference to a 3536.  Please make sure that you have enabled the email feature on the machine.  Once the feature is enabled at the machine you should see the options you are missing in the CentreWare Internet Services menu.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Alert Notification, Email, SMTP, LDAP missing from CentreWare Menu

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

One of our Xerox Phaser 3536MFP machines is missing the following items in the menu: Alert Notification, Email, SMTP, LDA.

 

The firmware is up-to-date. The other two machines are fine.

 

Is there a way to enable the features?
