Hi,

the problem is not how to reach the setting page but the machine not saving it. Click on Save does not produce any "reaction" from the printer. This is surely a bug in the printer's OS, I'm not sure that local support have the proper knowledge to solve this issue.

BUT

As I'm writing this message I've just discovered that if I change the browser language (for example to Italian to English) Save button works. If I go back to italian language it breaks... 

Is there anyone here that can try to reproduce the problem with the same machine?

Hi,

as stated in the subject, we cannot edit and save settings on remote services configuration page.

We need to change receive and scheduled installation time but when we try to do that and then click on Save nothing happens, and when we return to this page everything is the same. This also happens with any other setting shown in this section.

What we tried so far:

- try incognito mode

- try HTTP mode
