IM hoping to get some assistance or guides on an issue I’m having with Xerox Altalink c8070 printer. I’m one of the IT techs for the company I work for. Currently we have windows 10 & 7 in our environment. My issue is I have a couple of windows 7 workstation. Whenever the end user goes to print something on that printer it is showing unavailable and asking for the end user to update the driver. We have a printer server install on your network. I went and update the driver on the print server for it could be pushed down to all the PC on the network. With windows 10 I have no issue, but with windows 7 I keep getting the same error with the printer being unavailable and asking for a driver update. Have any of you had that issue happen to you and how did you fix it
