This blog is really great and full of useful tips, thanks for putting it together. 
Some topics that I personally would like to see out there would be..

 

Solid Ink - All about solid ink, what it is, benefits, why its getting so popular

Centreware - Maybe a quick overview of the centreware features and how it can help IT professionals minimize downtime and keep track of usage.

Thanks for your interest in the blog and for the suggestions.  We published a Solid Ink blog in 2010 you can find it at Solid Ink, it was a while back so maybe we can reprise it with more information on solid ink.  We also did an article on using CentreWare to monitor or restrict usage, find it at Auditron, but we have not done one that discussed all the features of CentreWare or how to prevent downtime so we will put that on the list of topics look for it soon.  Thank you again for your input and keep reading At Your Service.

What I'd like to know is WHY can't I change my login name?  I'm dyslexic and misspelled it initially.  I need to alter it or I'll never remember it.
