Did that mail come from xerox?
Depends on what machine you have but for it to work you will need a software named "Xerox PagePack" installed on ur computer(that has to be connected both to the printer and internet) and an account on xerox.
If you got it from the reseller they are just screwing you to pay for something that they are doing themselves.
