010-346 Temperature detection of the NC or STS sensor did not change after the main lamp was on for over 15 seconds
Actually fixing this will require a service tech though, usually the fault can be cleared by just un-plugging it for 5 minutes, but when that fails, you are left diagnosing wiring to the fuser and some PWB's in the area, with a multimeter.
